Why it matters
ALLANSING uses 900D Oxford, heavier than the common 600D, and bonded no-sew layers with no needle holes for leaks. Zippers and openings give access to seat belts, the armrest, cup holders and child-seat LATCH anchors, and it allows 60/40 split benches to fold. The medium is cut for cars and mid-size SUVs and trucks.
Who it's for, and who should skip it
Good fit if
- Families with kids and dogs
- 60/40 split benches
- Heavy daily use
Look elsewhere if
- Keeping dogs out of the footwell
- Crash restraint
- Full-size trucks (check size)
Pros and cons
Pros
- 900D fabric
- Split-seat access
- No-sew waterproofing
Cons
- Bench only
- Not a restraint
- No window
Limitations to weigh
- A seat cover protects the car, not the dog in a crash; use a car harness, secured crate or barrier for restraint.
