Why it matters
A seat extender bridges the gap between the back seat and the front seats with a firm base, giving a large dog a flat area to lie on. URPOWER uses three large hard panels rather than many small boards, lists 550 lb of support, adds foam padding and a PU plus TPU waterproof barrier, and includes a dog seat belt.
Who it's for, and who should skip it
Good fit if
- Large dogs on long drives
- Cars and full-size SUVs
- Dogs that slip off seats
Look elsewhere if
- Back seats used by passengers
- Crash restraint by itself
- Small cars (check fit)
Pros and cons
Pros

Cons
- Blocks rear passengers
- Bulky
- Not a restraint
Limitations to weigh
- Use the included seat belt with a harness; the platform itself does not restrain.
