BOLDBONE Crate Furniture 47 in: 6 Slide Locks, Casters

Why it matters

Thick iron tubes and heavy wooden panels make the crate sturdy for large breeds such as German Shepherds. The front door has four slide locks and the side door two, and the side door mounts left or right. Casters help move its 88 lb. One-year warranty with free replacement for defects.

Limitations to weigh

Choose a crate your adult dog can stand up, turn around and lie down in; measure nose to tail base and add 2–4 in.
Furniture crates suit calm, crate-trained adult dogs; puppies and anxious chewers are better in wire or heavy-duty crates.
Remove collars and harnesses before crating; tags and buckles can catch on wire.
