Why it matters
The mesh gate expands from 27.5 to 50 in and stands 28 in tall. Rubber bumpers protect walls, and Regalo requires the wall cups for a secure fit. It weighs 2.6 lb and has no walk-through door.
Who it's for, and who should skip it

Pros and cons
Pros
- Wide range
- Light
- Low price
Cons

Limitations to weigh
- Never use a pressure-mounted gate at the top of stairs; use a hardware-mounted gate there.
- Measure the opening at the top and bottom before buying, and check which extensions you need.
