Afloia 6-in-1 Grooming Vacuum: Cordless Clipper, Under 60 dB

Why it matters

Afloia's kit vacuums hair into a large dust cup at three suction levels, running under 60 dB. The clipper detaches and runs on its own rechargeable battery, and the kit includes a paw trimmer, nail grinder, grooming brush and cleaning nozzle.

Pros and cons

Pros

Detachable cordless clipper
Nail grinder
Large dust cup

Cons

Bulky
Corded base
Noise

Limitations to weigh

Introduce the vacuum on its lowest setting at a distance first; many dogs need several sessions to accept the noise.
Brush out mats before clipping, keep the blade flat against the coat and check blade heat often; double-coated breeds should not be shaved short without groomer or vet advice.
