Why it matters
The raincoat has two layers to protect from prolonged cold rain, with drawstrings to fit. A nylon waterproof coating keeps dogs dry, a harness hole lets you leash up, and reflective panels help after dark. Sizes go by length: small 12 in, medium 16 in, large 20 in and up to 3XL.
