Why it matters
Ripstop Oxford and polyester surround high-density EPE foam for strong flotation. Adjustable nylon straps with double-row quick-release buckles and hook-and-loop panels hold it securely at neck and belly, and a sturdy handle helps rescue. Sizes run XS to XXL by chest girth; the large fits 22.8–29.5 in.
