Why it matters
Lelepet lines a water-resistant shell with fleece and adds a plush turtleneck with drawstring. A built-in harness has two D-rings, a reflective strip runs along the neckline, the back zipper avoids snagging hair, and an elastic belly band keeps it comfortable.
