Why it matters
Two layers with a water-repellent coating block wind and light snow, and a soft inner lining keeps dogs warm. A built-in hood protects neck and ears, a leash hole sits at the neck, elastic edges at legs and hem fit snugly, and three to four metal snaps close it. A 4D cut avoids restricting movement.
