Why it matters
Each room is about 29.7 x 20.3 x 22.4 in inside for small and medium-small dogs like Poodles and Pomeranians. Steel tubes of 0.4 in, double welds and thick particleboard resist chewing, and four doors including arched fronts allow access. The 63 in top works as a TV cabinet or table; a cushion is included. It weighs 78.2 lb.

Limitations to weigh
- Choose a crate your adult dog can stand up, turn around and lie down in; measure nose to tail base and add 2–4 in.
- Furniture crates suit calm, crate-trained adult dogs; puppies and anxious chewers are better in wire or heavy-duty crates.
- Remove collars and harnesses before crating; tags and buckles can catch on wire.
