Why it matters
Unlike many unlined raincoats, the BECNBEAU suit has a waterproof outer layer and a soft cotton lining that keeps small dogs warm and dry. It slips on and fastens with adjustable belly and chest straps, and a harness hole behind the neck lets you clip a lead. The small size fits back lengths of about 6.5–8.5 in. It machine washes.
